We have homes in every stage of construction right now

I have been working in a dust bowl for the last 6 months.  Now there is grass and trees.  Yes we are making progress.

It has been a while since I updated -- Sorry

Here is the construction updates as of this week.

Building 17 will be ready to close on June 6.  Landscaping in going in and touch up is happening now.

Building 2 is next.   The painter is spraying as I type. 

Building 6 is getting sheet rock.

Building 3 is getting ready for the 4 way inspection then insulation and sheetrock

Building 18 is almost framed

Buildings 4 and 5 have the hole dug and are waiting for the footings and foundations to go in

19 and 20 are next

then we have opened up 7 and 8 for sales. 


For those that have not come in and picked up a new price sheet, We are start at $259,900 for the Wellington and go up to $359,900 for the Grandview with the bonus room.

Up Up and Away

If you have money down on a home here at Bridlewood Villas ... congratulations......   If you are still waiting....  Sorry --  Prices were increased greatly today. 

From market indications, this will not be the last increase. 

We did open up building 7 and 8 for contracts now.  Homes that those building will not be finished until January or Feb. 2013.

Weekly update

This is has been pretty uneventful, other than:

4 more sales and more and more great people are waiting for their new homes to be completed. (this is a hint to the builders to get working faster)

Even with the new prices the homes are selling quickly. 

Come and get one now before the prices take another hike.  Our costs keep going up and up.
