WE ARE GETTING THE POOL!!!

 

 

Yes Summer is coming and the pool is getting finished up.  Water Aerobics will start as soon as we are up and running.

Speaking of Activities.    Here is a list of what is happening in the community.

1.  Card Games every Monday night at 7 pm
2.  Movie Matinee on Tues at 2 p.m. ( popcorn and sodas provided)
3.  Zumba (dance Party exercise) with your friends at 7 p.m. Weds night
4.  Zumba again (due to popularity) Saturday at 10 a.m.
5.  Thurs at 10 a.m. May 10 it is another spa day
6.  May's dinner will be on a Thurs night this month and I will keep you posted as to the date and theme

So you can see that we are keeping busy having fun.

We have sold most of the inventory homes that were on special, but We will now sell the Abbey model which has the bonus room.    Normal price $313,400  but if you can close in 30 days the prices can be reduced up to $30,000.

The Clubhouse is up and Running

The Clubhouse here at Bridlewood Villas is now up and running.  Come on over and take the tour.

We have a Zumba (aerobic exercise) class going on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and Weds at 7 p.m.
There is a matinee on Tues at 2 p.m. in the theater
There is card games on Monday night at 6 p.m.
We do the monthly pot luck dinner.

The Silence is Broken

Bridlewood Villas has been making tons of progress in the last few months.  The sales office is now in the beautiful clubhouse.  Residents are working out in the exercise room daily.  The Theater has been the site of several movie parties.

If you have not seen the clubhouse yet -- come on back and take another peek.  You will be Amazed.

More New Residents

We got to welcome in 3 more residents in building 18, and the last home will be occupied this week. 

Our first residents moved into the new Windsor Court Plan.  I knew I liked this plan from the model, but it just goes WOW  when you see what homeowners can do with it.  If you have not seen the new plans, come on over and we can have a tour.


I keep getting asked about the clubhouse.  We are moving forward,  one step at a time.   Yes it will be done by the end of the year (hopefully).   The pool is even making progress now.   It is always so exciting the see the hole in the ground.  I know they will not plaster it until spring, but we will be ready.
