Yes the Sales Office is Now Open --
We are located in the blue trailer just off 9400 South and 1970 West in West Jordan. Sales are coming quickly, so we are hurrying to get another 8 under way.
I have been asked what we are offering that is better than what we have in the past in West Jordan communities.
1. 2x6 wall construction with extra insulation
2. low E windows
3. 95% efficient furnaces
4. Large Patios on the side on some of our models
5. 2 Tone Paint is now standard
6. Knotty Alder cabinets as standard (upgrades are available)
7. We now have bonus rooms above the garage offered on all our models (adding another bathroom and large walk in closet besides the large multi purpose room
We will have decorated models in April, but n the meantime we are letting you walk through the framed homes to give you an idea of what the new floorplans are.
